CGI (Complete Game Institute) is a brand new, 10,000 square ft. facility that combines the success of Spring Training Baseball & Softball Academy with a state of the art fitness center. Located at 728 Larkfield Road in East Northport (across from Modells, Home Depot, Staples, Golfsmith, Old Navy, PC Richards, Vitamin Shoppe, panera Bread, and Sears), CGI is in the ideal location for your convenience. Our 5 batting cages, full fitness and gym center, yoga and birthday party rooms make CGI the elite baseball experience on Long Island and the Tri-State area. CGI features individual baseball and softball instruction, team clinics, hitting leagues, college video recruiting services, a daytime JUNIOR ALL-STARS program, summer camps, birthday parties, yoga and spinning classes, personal training, and a complete pro shop.

Since 1997, Spring Training Baseball and Softball Academy has instructed many of Long Island’s elite baseball and softball players. Spring Training has developed a series of comprehensive and innovative training techniques to enhance each players ability and push them to exceed at all levels. Players of all ages, from Little League to the Major Leagues, have trained at the year-round facility.

Long Island’s most qualified and professional instructors have created a systematic approach to guide all players to completely understand the various fundamentals of hitting, throwing, pitching, fielding, conditioning, as well as the mental approach of baseball.
