At the demand of ballplayers and coaches around Long Island, Baseball Bargains opened up a showroom at 54 Cain Drive (North Service Road of the Long Island Expressway) in Brentwood, NY. The showroom features over 1,000 bats and over 300 glove models on display, and it stocks everything anyone could possibly need to play the game. Products include everything from baseball bats, baseball gloves and catcher’s equipment to training aids, apparel and footwear to belts, socks and other accessories.

With the launch of our new website and the opening of our showroom, this is obviously a very exciting time at Baseball Bargains. It is our goal to continue to find ways to offer our customers the most enjoyable online and offline shopping experience possible for America’s Pastime.

Since opening its first training center in Pasadena, California in 1996, CATZ has trained tens of thousands of athletes to improve their athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. While we have worked with professional and Olympic athletes in virtually every sport, we pride ourselves on our ability to work with young athletes. CATZ has always focused on serving the needs of athletes from the ages of 8 to 18. As a result of this focus, we understand that developing athletes require a performance training program that has been developed specifically for their needs.

The CATZ training program is the culmination of over 30 years experience training and rehabilitating athletes. Our training programs are scientifically-designed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and physical therapists to improve each athlete’s speed, agility, strength, power and quickness while at the same time minimizing the risk of injury.

CATZ training programs are sport-specific — every CATZ workout was created by breaking down the particular sport’s movement patterns, rest periods, reaction needs, muscular power, endurance requirements and common sites of injury.

Since 1997, Spring Training Baseball and Softball Academy has instructed many of Long Island’s elite baseball and softball players. Spring Training has developed a series of comprehensive and innovative training techniques to enhance each players ability and push them to exceed at all levels. Players of all ages, from Little League to the Major Leagues, have trained at the year-round facility.

Long Island’s most qualified and professional instructors have created a systematic approach to guide all players to completely understand the various fundamentals of hitting, throwing, pitching, fielding, conditioning, as well as the mental approach of baseball.
